Some artists seem destined to make music long before they ever step into a studio. Chloe, raised in Northern California, is one of those people. She was the kid singing in school musicals, harmonizing in choir, and scribbling down journal-style songs no one ever heard. When she taught herself piano by ear, Coldplay’s Clocks being the first tune she ever figured out, something clicked. Music wasn’t just an outlet, it became her first language.
Her childhood soundtrack shaped her more than she realized at the time. John Mayer, Norah Jones, Dave Matthews Band, Patti Griffin, Fleetwood Mac—her house was always full of lyrics and melodies. Chloe often jokes that her dad was the “lyrics person” and her mom the “vocals person,” a balance that quietly seeped into her own songwriting DNA.
After spending years in Los Angeles, splitting her time between creative work for top wellness podcast Almost 30 and running her own design agency—Chloe realized something was missing. In 2022, she packed her bags and moved to Nashville. The city gave her what she didn’t even know she needed: a rekindled love for writing music.
It was in Nashville that Chloe met Moe Loughrin, AMA winner and acclaimed vocal coach, who challenged her to write with sharper honesty and more vulnerability. That mentorship carved a new path forward, helping Chloe uncover the artist she was always meant to be—raw, relatable, and ready to share her truth.
Her upcoming music reflects just that. Blending the authenticity of Kacey Musgraves, the cinematic edge of Suki Waterhouse, and the warmth of Maggie Rogers, Chloe is crafting songs that feel personal but strike a universal chord. Themes of heartbreak, mental health, resilience, and self-discovery thread through her work. She’s unafraid to dive deep but always leaves the listener with a flicker of hope.
The new song she’s been working on screams country at its core—anchored by nostalgic guitar and carried by her tender yet steady vocals. It’s a piece of art that feels like a diary entry set to music. Chloe opens up about her day-to-day battles, her past, and the weight of acceptance, yet somehow transforms it all into something liberating. The track gives listeners permission to feel, to release, and to believe in the possibility of freedom, even when life feels heavy.
That’s Chloe’s gift—her ability to take personal truths and turn them into shared experience. She reminds us that no matter what we’ve been through, there’s always beauty in embracing who we are, scars and all.
With more releases planned over the next year, Chloe is stepping into her moment. Nashville might be crowded with dreamers, but Chloe’s voice cuts through—not by being the loudest, but by being the most honest.
